Grandma Koyote’s BBQ Ground Pork Sandwich!
Large Pork Roast or Ground Pork
Red Onions to taste
Crushed Garlic to taste
Water-enough to keep it from burning out
1 Cup of Mild N’ Spicy or Hot N’ Spicy Grandma Koyote’s BBQ Sauce or Grandma
Koyote's Diabetic BBQ Sauce
Pepper to taste
Put the above ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker.
Put on low and slow cook all day until tender.
Remove pork roast and shred with two forks-set aside. Do not shred ground pork!
Put pork juice and onions in a sauce pan (you may need a little water + more sauce if
desired) add ½ cup rice and render it down until rice is soft.
Toss renderings with pork roast or ground pork.
Serve on a gourmet sandwich bun with Cole Slaw and French Fries; Grandma Koyote’s
BBQ Sauce can be used as the condiment.

Grandma Koyote’s BBQ Salad Dressing!
Tostitos Scoops Corn or Tortilla Chips
1 cup Grandma Koyote's Mild N' Spicy or Hot N' Spicy BBQ Sauce
1 cup red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1 cup olive oil or salad oil
Combine all ingredients in a jar; shake to mix well
Serve over your favorite green salad
Grandma Koyote’s Hot N’ Spicy or Mild N’ Spicy BBQ
Nachos
Tostitos Scoops Corn or Tortilla Chips
Sliced Green Onions to taste
Shredded Mexican Cheese
Sour Cream
Black Olives
Lay out Scoops on a baking tray lined with foil.
Spread Mexican Cheese in and around the Scoops.
Spread Green Onions over cheese chips
Put a small amount of Hot or Mild BBQ Sauce in each scoop.
Broil on low until cheese is melted.
Garnish with Sour Cream and olive More sauce.
If desired Serve hot.

Deep fry tortilla in vegetable oil. Combine Dr. Grandma's Delight with cinnamon to
taste. Remove excess oil from tortilla and sprinkle with sweetener & sugar mixture.
